“Being a mentor for the AMI Emerging Marketers Victoria program is a valuable and rewarding experience. The mentees I have met and worked with have come from a variety of different industries and backgrounds and are fully engaged in the program and eager to learn. Our conversations cross a variety of topics ranging from the considering further study, to difficult situations at work, to what makes a successful marketing career. I also personally gain so much from working with mentees and find our conversations thought provoking and engaging and a great way to give back to the industry. I highly recommend becoming part of the program.” Shileen Costain FAMI CPM AAICD, Strategic Alliance Manager, Pearson Australia
