AMI Announces second-consecutive- year partnership with Icon Agency

Australia’s leading professional association for marketers, the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI), is pleased to announce the appointment of Icon Agency as the official PR Partner for all AMI’s national communications for a second-consecutive year.

Icon Agency will work to amplify AMI’s current media presence, working hand in hand to align their PR with AMI’s other marketing activities to reposition the marketing profession and set the Certified Practising Marketer designation as the gold standard.

Announcing the continued partnership agreement, AMI Chair, Lynda Cavalera, said she was delighted to be working with Icon Agency once again.

“Following the success of the partnership in 2018, we are thrilled to get Icon on board for another year. We look forward to working with Joanne Painter and her team, to help the Australian Marketing Institute deliver on its mission through PR, including progressing thought leadership and the marketing profession” Lynda added.

“Icon will build on our strategic positioning and media insights to build professionalism in the industry, reaffirm the importance of ongoing professional development and celebrate excellence in marketing at our annual Awards nights.

Icon Agency is one of the early adaptors of the integrated model, combining in-house strategy, creative, digital, (UX through to development) and PR to offer end-to-end communication services.
