The Point of Loyalty together with First Point Research and Consulting are conducting Australia’s first dedicated research study on customer loyalty from a marketer’s point of view.

We have completed 5 studies on loyalty from a consumer’s point of view (for love or money) and this is the first study designed to gain insights from marketers on loyalty.
